Founded by Clarice Grote in 2022, the Learning Platform was created to address widespread frustration within the profession around the complexities of policy and reimbursement. It has since has grown into a thriving community of over 900 practitioners & students and over 10 OT/OTA programs spread out across the United States.

Hi👋 I'm Clarice Grote
— OT, Medicare specialist, Founder & CEO of Amplify OT
I founded Amplify OT to help you understand and thrive in the traditional healthcare model – as difficult as that may sound.
When I started as a new practitioner, I didn’t understand how the healthcare system worked. I put my license at risk, and I felt helpless, like I couldn’t advocate for myself or my patients. So, I rolled up my sleeves and spent hours learning how to read and apply policy. I got involved and didn’t let my lack of experience or imposter syndrome get in the way of speaking up.
Ultimately, my knack for policy made me a better clinician and even opened new doors to leadership and advocacy experiences. And it can do the same for you.
With my desire to impact lives and the healthcare system as a whole, I’ve curated all my knowledge into the Amplify OT Learning Platform so you can access resources that are easy to understand as a practitioner and/or student.
