Due to the nature of the product, all downloads, guest lecture/speaking engagement fees, coaching or mentoring sessions, live webinars, recorded webinars, or damaged goods are non-refundable. Under certain situations, physical products, webinars, and subscriptions services may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase. If returning a physical product, it must be in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received a refund will be issued at the discretion of Amplify OT.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If an item or service is given as a gift or in an external give-away no refunds or returns are accepted.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Appointments not canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not be refunded. Appointments may be rescheduled without penalty depending on availability. For all scheduled appointments, the customer must arrive within 15 minutes of the agreed upon starting time or the appointment will be cancelled without rescheduling or refunding.
A full refund will be granted if the appointment is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled by Clarice Grote even if within the 24 hour window.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping address. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a replacement, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If applicable, depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
