Exchanges/ Returns

Due to the nature of the product, all downloads, guest lecture/speaking engagement fees, coaching or mentoring sessions, live webinars, recorded webinars, or damaged goods are non-refundable. Even though no refunds are offered Amplify OT is willing to do its best to make yo ua happy. If you have an questions please be sure to contact us at cgrote@amplifyot.com.

Under certain situations, physical products, webinars, and subscriptions services may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the purchase. If returning a physical product, it must be in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once the item is received a refund will be issued at the discretion of Amplify OT.

Resources

You understand and agree that resources are made available to you after purchase. Any resource may be removed from Amplify OT at any time. It is your responsibility to ensure you have downloaded your resources upon purchase. 

Any updates to the resources may not be made available to you depending on the item.

Each purchase is good for one license unless you have been issued a transferrabe license. You may not purchase one product and distribute it to other including in educational institutions. You cannot use a purchased recorded webinar as part of lectures for educational institutions without additional permission.
